at fundamental LA, we believe wine should be accessible and enjoyed by all. we buy wines we like to drink; from small-production, grower-producers who make wine honestly and responsibly, with respect for the land and traditions of the region. a majority french, our list also includes wines from italy, germany, austria, spain, portugal, hungary, and slovenia.
we encourage guests to taste and explore. we offer several wine "flights" every night of the week to give guests the opportunity to taste different producers, varietals, and regions side-by-side. the "flights" may include two, three, four, even five wines and will rotate on a regular basis. we also have a by-the-bottle list with great values from some spectacular producers.
